TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. General T & C:

  • We at QUIKY in our service giving you the estimated time and cost before servicing your device. We always try to deliver your device according to given estimated time but, in such uncertain conditions there are possibilities of delay and that would be informed you before such conditions

  • In case of Dead smartphone repair, there will be data loss of device so in that instances Carenpair will not liable for that data lost.

  • The tempered glass applied on the screen of smartphone by the customer will be removed when it will be undergone the repair by Carenpair & in that case Carenpair will not liable for tempered glass loss.

2. Repair Warranty T & C:

  • 30 days repair warranty will applicable on your device from the day after we delivered your repaired device.

  • We are only providing warranty on repaired parts during the repair process. Ex. If we repaired your display and after 5 days your display stops working then you can claim the warranty. But you repaired your display and then your phone’s speaker is not working then it will not cover under repair warranty. In short, we are providing warranty on repaired parts, not on whole Smartphone.

  • 30 days repair warranty will not cover the water/physical damage to your repaired Smartphone. Ex. If we repaired your display then within 30 days if your display has any physical/water damage then we will not cover it in warranty.

  • We will not liable for any fake/wrong claim/dispute by our customer as we want to create ease for all our valuable customer.

  • In case of PCB repair, the repair warranty will be only for 10 Days.

  • In any type of problem while repairing the device, there are chances of loss of your smartphone data so in that case Carenpair will not liable for data loss.

 

       If you book a service and after that any other issue arises then it is not our responsibility.

3. Case of Lost/damaged device T & C:

  • In case of your device will be lost by us then we are liable to pay assurance amount depending upon your Smartphone and its condition

  • In case of your device will be damaged by us then we will try to fix it and if it is not possible to do then we are liable to pay assurance amount depending upon your Smartphone and its condition.

  • Assurance cost will be up to Rs.10,000/-* (Ten Thousand Indian Rupees) with Maximum of Rs.10,000/-*
